For 18 years the Barbados Community Foundation has continuously been financially supporting the Barbados Council for the Disabled's Accessible School Bus Service. At that time the Foundation recognised that children with disabilities and their families were severely affected by the lack of accessible transport and to this day the bus could be seen travelling through 7 Parishes daily with a full load of precious cargo of eager and happy children.  The lives of over 200 families have been transformed for the better thanks to the Foundation that continues to care.
