Sir Paul Altman has been involved in real estate for over forty years. He is the CEO of Altman Real Estate, an international affiliate of Savills. Sir Paul is a Past President of the Barbados National Trust and continues to be involved in restoration projects, including the restoration of the Synagogue Historic District in Bridgetown (established in 1654). Sir Paul is also involved in a number of corporate and charitable endeavours. In 2016, Sir Paul was awarded the title of Knight Bachelor, as part of the British Honours System, for services to the preservation of historic buildings and real estate development. Sir Paul has been honoured to serve as Chairman and Trustee of the Barbados Community Foundation for over twenty years.
